Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (UPS Ground) — $12.99 | 1–5 business days
• Free Standard Shipping — on orders $500.00 and above
• Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) — $29.99 | 1–2 business days

Shipping Area We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@omegallc.net. We'll work with UPS to resolve the issue promptly.

Freight Items Some large or heavy items may require freight shipping. If your order qualifies, we'll contact you with a freight quote before processing.
